| Steve listened to my complaint, gave possible solutions, and contacted me with the price to repair. The car was ready when promised at the price quoted. What more could I expect? He is good at explaining what the repair entails and why it is necessary. |

| I purchased a set of tires, mounted, balanced, and allignment. Steve knows our driving habits and recommended the proper set for our Yukon. We also had an oil change. All services were completed at the time promised for very competitive price. YCS may not be the absolute cheapest mechanic but you have knowledgeable mechanics servicing the car without pushing additional services. I've been using them for almost 30 years, and always happy with the service! Thanks, Scott Allison |

| My review is well over due. I have been a customer for quite awhile. Not only is Steve and the Your Car Specialists team honest, but they do quality work, and deliver great customer service. On more than one occasion, I felt that they were honest with what work my Honda needed- and didn't take advantage of the fact that I am a young woman, and that I don't know much about cars. I recommend Your Car Specialists any chance I get. Thank you Steve, and Your Car Specialists for always taking care of me! :) |

| GREAT group of guys. I trust them more than anyone to work on my cars and be honest and fair. I was referred to them over 20 years ago and after the change of ownership, the quality of service has only gotten better, which I wouldn't believe possible. If you want a shop who you can take your car to for repair, get an estimate, be HONEST about what is wrong with your car and have good pricing, this is the place. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and have done so in the past with friends and family. |

| I have always been pleased with the honest assessment of the problems I have had with my cars. I would never go to a dealer when I have a neighborhood mechanic who can handle any problem that comes up, usually on the same day for less cost! I have lived in La Mirada 28 years and have been a loyal customer for almost as long. I feel very comfortable referring my friends and neighbors to Rick, Steve and Greg; knowing they will receive the highest quality of service that I have enjoyed all these years. They are patient when explaing the nature of the problem, being sure you understand what is wrong and what needs to be fixed. Last year my daugher had an unusal noise associated with her air conditioner. Living in Canyon Lake, she went to a mechanic recommended by a friend. That mechanic said she needed a compressor and water pump for $1000. I asked her to bring the car to Your Car Specialists who found she didn't need a water pump at all! They replaced the compressor and serviced her car for less than she was quoted by her neighborhood mechanic. She agrees its worth an hours drive to continue getting serviced by YCS. |
